With the enthusiasm of a teen as well as the experience of a sage Marilu Henner is today's best example of a woman who has it all! She's an author and health expert, talk show host, and producer. Marilu's story is a testament to her health-conscious method of living. She believes that with the right health you can accomplish it all. However, it wasn't always that way. As a teenager she was a dieter who yo-yo'd and watching her weight go upwards. The food she ate was emotional and was sick all times. When both of her parents passed away at the age of 50-her father due to an attack of the heart and her mother due to arthritis issues-she decided to take charge over her overall health. Dieting was not the goal but to enhance the health of our bodies and develop the best way to maximize the capacity of our bodies to perform.
